Receipe Of Arbi






Ingredients
Marination
*      Arbi (Colocassia) boiled and peeled 250 grams
*      ½  tablespoon Garlic paste 
*      ½  tablespoon Ginger paste 
*      Salt to taste
*      ¼ th teaspoon blackpepper 
*      4 teaspoon of lemon juice
*      ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder  or paprika powder
Frying the marinated Arbi (Colocassia)
*      1 tablespoon Refined flour (maida) 
*      ½ teaspoon Cornflour  (makke ka atta )


*      Water (as per required to make the batter )
*      Oil to deep fry
Seasoning for 65
*      Oil to fry
*      ½ teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera )
*      ½ teaspoon curry leaves
*      ½ teaspoon Minced cut ginger
*      ½ teaspoon minced cut garlic
*      2 green chilli sliced cut (if u want you can remove the chilli seeds n give it)
*       ½  teaspoon Coriander powder  (Dhania )
For sause
*       ½  tablespoon paprika
*      4 teaspoon Red chilli sause  or Tomato sause
*      1 teaspoon Soya Sause
*      ½ teaspoon Chilli sause
*      2 teaspoon Sugar
*       1 teaspoon Vinegar 

For Garnish

*      Chaat masala 1 tablespoon
*       corriander leaves




METHOD :

1. Boil the arbi in a pressure cooker and give 1 whistel . cool it down and peel it and cut it in 2 inches pieces; then marinate it with the marinated ingredients.keep aside for 20 min

2.Heat the oil in a pan . make a batter and mix the marinated arbi n fry it until golden colour in a low flame.

3.after frying all the arbi's ; make the seasoning for 65 put the cumin seed , cuury leaves , ginger , garlic and mix it well untill the pungent smell of ginger and garlic goes away. Then green chilli and coriander powder.

4.After the seasoning for the sause put all the ingredients of the sause n cook it well by giving little amount of water , cook the sause until the oil get seperate from the sause.now the sause is ready.

5.put the fried arbi n toss well and cook it for more 2 min and its done,garnish it by sprinkling some chat masala and corriander leaves over it.
