MUGHLAIMUTTON KORMA
Ingredients
On the remaining ghee after barista is done,Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt ,elaichi and sauté untill the pungent smell goes away ,and ghee starts separting . Then, add cashew paste and yoghurt and mix well ,if required add liitle amount of water and countinue sauting.
Now add the sauted mutton and mix with the masala , add the onion barista over it and all add the whole green chilli , garam masala.
Countinue sauting the mutton by giving water when required .
When its cooked Serve hot

- 1 kilo Mutton
- 3 medium sized (finely chopped) Onion
- 4 or 5 Green chillies
- 2 tbsps Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsps Chilli Powder
- 4 tbsps Coriander Powder
- 4 tbsps Cumin powder
- 100g yoghurt
- 5-6 Cashew nut paste
- 10 tbsps Ghee
- 3 Elaichi
- ½ tbsps garam masala
- Salt as per taste
How to Make Mughlai Mutton Korma
Heat ghee in a pan and add mutton into it and saute for 10
minutes.
On the remaining ghee Add onions and make onion barista and fry till light brown in colour
