4-5 Elaichi
6 cup of Sugar
2 tspn rose water
200g Milk powder or Normal Milk
2 tspn Mawa or khoa khir
Dry fruits

Method
- Add ghee , elaichi and then grated carrots ; fry it well.
- when the water starts seperating from water ; add sugar & rose water on the grated carrots then add milk and khoa. And continue mixing or else it will burn.
- When the water get absorbed and ghee starts to seperate from carrots .Then the halwa is ready to serve ; by spreading mincedly cut dry fruits.
